The Master Plan earmarks the extra units for the proposed site, with similar units already approved and nearing completion on the northern side of the access road. A total of 26 new industrial news units are proposed for the industrial park.
The application for 26 new industrial units at Ballasalla Industrial Park is pending review by the planning committee. If approved, the units will be part of a larger development that includes residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
