Insolvency Claims Surge to €130.6M as Signa Subsidiaries Recognised
Insolvency administrators at the regional court have recognised claims totalling 130.6 million euros 2024. This includes 80 million euros from two insolvent subsidiaries of the Signa Group.
Initially, the total claims amounted to approximately 2.36 billion euros. Recently, the administrators recognised all claims, including those from two insolvent Signa companies. These companies, whose identities remain undisclosed, submitted their claims at the Innsbruck Regional Court in late 2025. The recognition of these claims has significantly increased the total amount to 130.6 million euros.
The trustee has recognised all claims, with a notable increase due to the inclusion of 80 million euros from two insolvent Signa subsidiaries. The total recognised claims now stand at 130.6 million euros.
