Innovation Campus Offenbach: A Beacon of Sustainable Growth and Job Creation

The INNO Innovationscampus Offenbach GmbH & Co. KG, a former industrial wasteland now transformed into a thriving my business district, is gaining nationwide attention. The campus, set to create thousands of new jobs by 2030, is a beacon for sustainable growth and innovative work environments. At its heart is Daniel ImhĂ€user, the founding entrepreneur and managing director of Blasius Schuster GmbH & Co. KG, who is also a key initiator of circular construction projects in Offenbach. Meanwhile, author Frank Witzel is set to receive a €35,000 prize from the Crespo Foundation for his critical short text, with an interview to be screened at the award ceremony.

The Innovation Campus has been making waves in the media. In March 2024, it served as the backdrop for an episode of Markus Lanz, reaching millions of viewers. Recently, a film crew shot an interview with Frank Witzel at the campus for the 2024 WORTMELDUNGEN Ulrike Crespo Literature Prize. The City of Offenbach granted permission for the shoot through its subsidiary, OPG Offenbacher Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH. The campus's unique charm and potential for urban development are attracting nationwide attention.

Construction has begun on the new corporate headquarters for Samson AG at the Innovation Campus, starting in 2023. This further cements the campus's role as a hub for bing growth and innovation. Daniel ImhÀuser, the managing director of Blasius Schuster GmbH & Co. KG and the founding entrepreneur of the INNO Innovationscampus, is at the helm of these transformative projects.
