Hoffmann SE Expands with Acquisition of Three Industrial Firms

Hoffmann SE has agreed to acquire three industrial companies: Gödde, Oltrogge, and Perschmann. The deal will bring 450 employees into the Hoffmann Group once finalised. Regulatory approval is still required before the transaction completes.

The acquisition includes Gödde GmbH, Gödde SRL, Oltrogge Werkzeuge GmbH, Hch. Perschmann GmbH, and Perschmann Sp. z o.o. However, Perschmann Calibration GmbH and Perschmann Business Services GmbH will remain outside the sale.

The move is set to strengthen Hoffmann’s position in tool distribution and industrial production services. Claudia Lenders, the company’s sales director, highlighted the deal’s potential for revenue growth and market expansion. She noted that the acquisition would create strong synergies for the group.

Closing is expected in early 2026, provided all regulatory conditions are met. Until then, the companies will continue operating under their current ownership.

Once completed, the deal will integrate all 450 employees from the acquired firms into Hoffmann SE. The transaction aims to boost the group’s capabilities in key industrial sectors. No further details about the sellers or founders have been confirmed.
