Hit-and-run driver knocks over parking meter at Wasserkuppe's P5 lot

A parking meter at the 'P5' car park on the Wasserkuppe was knocked over early on Monday morning. The damage, caused by an unknown driver, is estimated to cost around €2,000. The incident happened in the early hours of Monday, though the exact time remains unclear. A motorist collided with the meter, toppling it and causing visible damage.

Police have yet to identify the driver responsible. Authorities are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with details about the collision to come forward.
