14-Year-Old Hit and Run - Hit-and-run driver flees after striking 14-year-old girl in Gersfeld

A 14-year-old girl was hit by a car in Gersfeld, eastern Hesse, on Thursday afternoon. The incident happened in broad daylight as she crossed the street. Police are now searching for witnesses to help identify the driver who fled the scene. The collision took place at around 2:40 PM on November 20, 2025. The girl was struck by an unknown vehicle while walking across the road. The driver initially stopped but then manoeuvred around her before hitting her. The hit-and-run remains under investigation by Fulda police. They are urging witnesses to contact them with any details that could lead to the driver’s identification. The injured girl is recovering from her minor wounds.
