A serious traffic accident on the B 521 between Eichen and Heldenbergen yesterday afternoon resulted in property damage estimated at €10,000. The incident involved three vehicles, including a Mercedes-Benz driven by a 50-year-old from Nidderau. The driver of a BMW, which may have been a 3 Series or 5 Series, fled the scene without being identified.

The accident occurred when the Mercedes-Benz driver attempted to overtake the BMW and cut back in front, colliding with a Volkswagen Golf ahead.
