Hesse’s *Homeland Is Made* Campaign Celebrates Everyday Community Heroes

A new campaign in Hesse is shining a light on the people who shape their communities every day. Called Homeland Is Made, the initiative launched on November 17 and will run for four weeks, with plans to expand in 2026. It highlights the efforts of residents from cities, villages, trades, farming, and culture—all working to strengthen the region.

The campaign features real stories of dedication across Hesse. Among them is Helena Wolf, a young farmer from Wetterau, who views agriculture as a symbol of freedom, responsibility, and a sustainable future. Her work reflects the daily commitment that keeps rural traditions alive.

The Homeland Is Made campaign runs until mid-December, offering a platform for Hesse’s residents to share their stories. By showcasing diverse contributions, it aims to inspire others to get involved. The long-term goal is to keep these efforts visible, ensuring that everyday dedication remains at the heart of the region’s identity.
