Hesse's Boris Rhein Unveils €7.4B Infrastructure Plan to Boost Economy

Hesse's Minister-President Boris Rhein has outlined a robust plan to bolster the state's economic standing in the United States. With $7.4 billion allocated for critical infrastructure, the focus is on kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and digital networks. Rhein also emphasized leveraging the USA's economic power to enhance resilience in times of crisis.

Rhein's strategy includes targeted investments in Frankfurt Airport and university construction. He aims to reduce bureaucracy, with the first Bureaucracy Reduction Act eliminating 130 regulations across 90 laws.
