Helios Underwriting Appoints John Chambers as Chairman, Joanna Parsons as Director, Louis Tucker as CEO
Helios Underwriting has announced significant changes to its board. John Chambers will take on the role of Non-Executive Chairman, while Joanna Parsons joins as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Louis Tucker has been appointed as CEO, effective last month, pending regulatory approval.
John Chambers, previously the CEO of Helios Underwriting, will now serve as the Non-Executive Chairman. His extensive experience in the industry will continue to guide the company.
Joanna Parsons brings a wealth of experience to her new role. With over 25 years in strategic and equity analysis, M&A, capital raising, ESG, and financial oversight within regulated environments, she has held various leadership positions at Canaccord Genuity, ABN AMRO, RBS, and HSBC. Most recently, she served as Strategic Growth Leader for Capital Advisory at Aon.
Louis Tucker, the newly appointed CEO, joins Helios from Arch Capital Group. His appointment follows the regulatory approval process.
With these appointments, Helios Underwriting strengthens its leadership team. John Chambers' continued involvement as chairman, along with Joanna Parsons' extensive financial experience, and Louis Tucker's CEO leadership, position Helios for future growth and success.
