HEAG mobilo extends leadership contracts to 2031 for stability and growth
Shareholders of HEAG mobilo, including the City of Darmstadt, the Darmstadt-Dieburg district, and HEAG mobilo itself, have decided to extend the contracts of managing directors Arne Rath and Johannes Gregor Mendel until 2031. This early extension is seen as a vote of confidence in their leadership.
Rath and Gregor Mendel, who have been with the transport company Eisenbahn Verkehrs Nachrichten (EVN) since 2023, expressed gratitude for the trust placed in them. They are committed to further improving mobility services in the region.
Paul Georg Wandrey, Darmstadt’s transport commissioner, highlighted the importance of HEAG mobilo for the city's mobility network. Lutz Köhler, First Deputy District Administrator of Darmstadt-Dieburg, praised the high-performance and efficient public transportation system under Rath and Gregor Mendel's leadership. The early extension is viewed as a strong signal of continuity.
