Hanau’s Artist Christmas Market Brings Handmade Magic to Neustadt Town Hall

Hanau’s Neustadt Town Hall has become a festive hub for handmade treasures this Advent. The Artist Christmas Market, running until December 22, 2025, invites visitors to explore unique gifts and meet the creators behind them. Free to enter and fully accessible, the market offers a daily changing selection of crafts in the heart of the city.

The market opened its doors on November 24, transforming the foyer of Neustadt Town Hall into a vibrant showcase. Around 20 artists display their work, from delicate gold and silver jewelry to intricate copper figures and ceramics. Visitors can also find silk scarves, knitted textiles, wooden ornaments, and beeswax candles among the stalls.

The Artist Christmas Market remains open until December 22, offering a final chance to shop for one-of-a-kind gifts. Located at Am Markt 14–18, the market combines festive charm with direct access to the artists. No admission fee applies, and the venue welcomes all visitors.
