Hanau Welcomes Ziyafet: Traditional Turkish Cuisine with a Modern Twist

Hanau's culinary scene has welcomed a new addition with the opening of Ziyafet, a restaurant offering traditional Turkish cuisine with a modern twist. The establishment is the brainchild of Cemil Samursak, a grill master with over three decades of experience, and Botan Sürucü, his business partner. Mayor Dr. Maximilian Bieri officiated the opening and wished the duo all the best in their new venture.

Ziyafet, located at Europa-Allee 14 in Frankfurt am Main, brings international diversity to Hanau, promoting encounters, enjoyment, and festivity. The restaurant features a large vitrine displaying dishes, which are placed in the oven after ordering and ready in about 15 minutes. This unique concept allows diners to see their meal being prepared, adding to the dining experience.

Samursak, who previously ran a restaurant in Flörsheim am Main, and Sürucü, who had a restaurant in the Alten Rükinger Weg, have joined forces to create Ziyafet. The restaurant offers exceptional service, with Mayor Bieri presenting the owners with a certificate for a tree planting in Wilhelmsbad as a welcome gift.
