Hanau Honors 213 Volunteers With Hessian E-Cards for 55,000+ Hours of Service

To qualify for the E-Card, volunteers must complete an average of five hours per week for at least one year. Applications are processed by the Hanau City Administration, specifically the citizen services or volunteer coordination department. Those who missed the initial deadline can still apply during a late submission period in January.

The E-Card programme highlights the city’s commitment to supporting its community. With over 55,000 hours donated this year, the scheme continues to reward those who give their time to the community. The benefits remain valid for three years, encouraging ongoing participation.
