Kicking off the month is the exhibition 'They Are Human Beings Too', open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with special openings available. The exhibition is a collaboration between journalists Horst Seidenfaden and Harry Soremski, historian Dr. Christian Presche, and is funded by the German Federal Ministry.

Operation Christmas Child, supported by local churches and schools, hosts a packing party on November 2, 2–4 PM. The town also commemorates Kristallnacht with a memorial event on November 9, 5:00 PM at Martinskirche Obervorschütz.

The Distel Cabaret presents 'Pain Therapy' on November 12, and Brigitte Brommer leads a guided walk 'Gudensberg’s Legends and Folktales' on November 2.
