Germany and UK Strengthen Military Logistics in Historic Brigade Visit

A high-level German military delegation visited a key British Army unit last month to strengthen defence ties. Lieutenant General Gerald Funke met with personnel from the 104 Theatre Sustainment Brigade in South Cerney on 24 March. The visit aimed to deepen cooperation in logistics The discussions centred on shared roles in enabling military operations. Both forces explored ways to improve coordination and interoperability. Commander Anja Scheuren highlighted the importance of meeting personnel directly after earlier briefings at the Ministry of Defence.
