Frankfurt's Smart Building One has received top sustainability certifications. The 45,000 sqm office and hotel high-rise, managed by Strabag PFS for over three years, has been recognised for its green practices and design.
The building, which houses the NH Collection Frankfurt Spin Tower hotel, has been certified according to the SustainFM standard by the German Association for Facility Management. This certification acknowledges the building's high sustainability standards in energy management, digitalized maintenance, emergency response, and eco-friendly procurement.
In addition to this prestigious certification, the building has also been awarded the DGNB Platinum Certificate for its exceptional sustainability approach and the DGNB Diamond Seal for its outstanding design and urban integration. CA Immo Deutschland GmbH has commissioned Strabag Property and Facility Services to handle the technical and infrastructural facility management of this remarkable structure.
