Frankfurt burglars hit CVS Pharmacy and beverage store in overnight raid
Two businesses in Frankfurt’s Sachsenhausen district were targeted by burglars late on Tuesday night (May 6, 2025). A CVS Pharmacy and a beverage store were broken into, with one suspect arrested and another still on the run. Police have since recovered stolen items and tools linked to the crime.
The incident began when two suspects forced open the door of a CVS Pharmacy on Mörfelder Landstraße. Their attempt triggered an alarm, but they failed to enter the premises. Shortly after, the pair moved to a nearby beverage store, Unter den Buchen, where they successfully broke in.
The arrested suspect is now in custody, while authorities continue their search for the second individual. The recovered evidence includes both stolen property and tools used during the break-ins. Police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
