The event, which opens to trade visitors on Wednesday and the general public on Friday, will see the Peace Prize of the German Book Trade awarded to historian Karl Schlögel on its final day, Sunday. Schlögel, an expert on Eastern European history, will receive the honour at a ceremony in the Frankfurt Paulskirche. The laudation will be delivered by Katja Petrowskaja.
