Frankfurt Airport expansion group reaffirms its leadership team for continuity

Pro Flughafen, the citizens' initiative advocating for Frankfurt Airport's expansion, has confirmed its leadership team. The board, comprising 19 members including local politicians and Bundestag representatives, will continue to be led by chairman Ernö Theuer, with Frank Cornelius (SPD) and André Stolz (CDU) serving as deputy chairmen, and Jörg-Uwe Hahn (FDP) as treasurer.

The initiative's board has been reaffirmed, with key leaders maintaining their positions. Ernö Theuer, a prominent figure in the initiative, will continue to steer the organisation as chairman. Frank Cornelius, the former mayor and a member of the SPD, and André Stolz, a state parliamentarian from the CDU, will support Theuer as deputy chairmen. Jörg-Uwe Hahn, the former Hessian minister of justice and an FDP member, will continue to manage the organisation's finances as treasurer.

The board, totalling 19 members, includes several local politicians and federal lawmakers. While not all members are individually named, the initiative has confirmed that the leadership team will remain unchanged.

Pro Flughafen has reaffirmed its leadership team, with Ernö Theuer, Frank Cornelius, André Stolz, and Jörg-Uwe Hahn continuing in their roles. This stable leadership is expected to provide continuity and direction for the initiative's advocacy efforts regarding Frankfurt Airport's expansion.
