The deal brings together two long-standing providers in the sector, with NPS maintaining its leadership under co-founders Dennis Costa and Mark Hanson.

Based in Longview, Washington, NPS has delivered alternative unemployment insurance solutions to nonprofits for over two decades. The company focuses on captive management and tailored coverage for 501(c)3 organizations, helping them manage risks more effectively.
