Federal Agency for Civic Education Showcases Publications & Events at Frankfurt Book Fair 2025
The Federal Agency for Civic Education is set to make a significant presence at the Frankfurt Book Fair this year, from October 15 to 19, 2025. Visitors can expect a wide range of publications, events, and interactive experiences at their booth in Hall 3.1, Booth D9.
The agency will present its offerings alongside partners such as the Frankfurter Buchmesse GmbH and the Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels. Highlights include the essay collection 'Shared Horizon. The Future of Ukraine' by Katharina Raabe and Kateryna Mishchenko, to be presented on October 19 at 2 pm on the fairgrounds (Hall 4.1, F79/80).
A diverse range of publications will be available at the booth, including magazines like fluter and 'Gaming and Right-wing Extremism'. The new issue of 'Philippines' in the magazine 'Aus Politik und Zeitgeschichte' will also be featured, showcasing the guest country of the Frankfurt Book Fair. Literature from the 'Ukrainian Library' will be presented by Juri Andruchowytsch and Tanja Maljartschuk on October 17 at 8 pm at the Evangelical Academy Frankfurt.
Visitors can engage in an interactive voting activity centered around democracy and explore the 'Space for Democracy' exhibition. Felix Zimmermann will also hold an office hour on Friday at 3 pm for discussions about games.
