Fakir Fashion Ltd. hires 50 students in campus recruitment drive

Fakir Fashion Ltd., a leading apparel manufacturer, recently hosted an on-campus recruitment event at Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology. The main event targeted students trained under the SICIP-BGMEA program, offering 50 job openings across three roles. Both university officials and industry leaders attended the session to support the process.

The recruitment fair took place under the supervision of Munir Chowdhury, Chief Coordinator of SICIP-BGMEA, who chaired the event. Associate Professor Engineer Riyashad Bin Kabir moderated the program, while Associate Professor Engineer Lavelu Mia, the SICIP Centre In-charge, oversaw overall coordination.

The recruitment drive provided 50 job opportunities for SICIP-BGMEA-trained students. Successful candidates will now join Fakir Fashion Ltd. in roles spanning merchandising, industrial engineering, and fashion design. The event marked a direct link between academic training and industry employment.
