Plans are underway to commence roadwork on the Dyrnos Dacha route in 2026. The project, which aims to upgrade the road, has received full approval and is expected to take two years to complete.

The tender for the first kilometer of repairs will be announced before the end of 2025. The timber cleared for these repairs will be utilised by Syktyvkar’s Road Maintenance Agency. It will be processed into lumber to meet the agency's needs.

Dmitry Dmitriev, director of Syktyvkar’s municipal unitary enterprise Dorozhnoye Khozyaistvo, has discussed this initiative with Yevgeny Lytkin, warden of Penal Colony No. 25. The prisoners' earnings will contribute to offsetting state expenses for their upkeep. The modern woodworking shop in Penal Colony No. 25 will facilitate this process.
