Two young men were arrested in Groß-Gerau early on Monday after police uncovered drugs, weapons, and cash in their old navy. The pair, aged 19 and 18, fled briefly on foot but were quickly caught by officers. Authorities now link them to a series of offences following the traffic stop.

The incident began at 2:45 a.m. on December 8, when police pulled over a ford driven by a 19-year-old man. His 18-year-old passenger was also in the car. As officers approached, both men ran from the scene but were swiftly detained.

The two men now face criminal charges related to drug possession, weapons offences, and driving without a licence. The case remains under investigation by Groß-Gerau police. No further details have been released at this stage.
