Dreieich Utilities Closes Offices for Five Days in November Move

Dreieich Municipal Utilities will shut its customer service center and administrative offices for five days next month. The temporary closure runs from November 13 to 17, 2023. After the move, services will resume at a new location on November 20, 2023.

The decision to close came from the utility’s management. During the shutdown, the customer service center and administrative building will be inaccessible. However, phone support remains available at 06103 602-222.

The new premises are at Robert-Bosch-Straße 5, Building C. All operations will transfer there once the relocation is complete. Staff and services will return to normal on November 20, 2023.

Customers needing assistance during the closure can still call the provided number. The move aims to improve service efficiency at the updated location. Regular in-person operations will restart once the transition is finished.
