Dreieich Utilities Bolsters Team with Two New Energy Roles
Dreieich Municipal Utilities (Stadtwerke Dreieich GmbH) is bolstering its team with two new full-time roles: Energy Sector Clerk and Customer Service Advisor in Energy. Both positions offer competitive benefits and flexible working arrangements.
The Energy Sector Clerk position requires a completed commercial qualification, ideally with experience in the energy industry and strong data analysis skills. Responsibilities include supporting market communication, smart metering systems rollout, and billing operations, as well as validating consumption data and assisting with EEG and KWKG systems.
The Customer Service Advisor role calls for commercial or technical training, preferably with energy sector experience, and proficiency in MS Office. This position involves handling billing, meter readings, and service registrations, as well as advising customers on products, pricing, and tariffs.
Both roles offer permanent contracts with a 39-hour week, including remote work options. Compensation follows the TV-V collective bargaining agreement, supplemented by comprehensive benefits. Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications and a meticulous, analytical approach.
