DIAGONAL Inkasso redefines debt recovery with empathy at fithera 2025
DIAGONAL Inkasso GmbH showcased its receivables management solutions at fithera 2025, a leading event for the fitness, therapy, and healthcare industries. Held on June 5–6 at Messe Offenbach, the company presented strategies to improve debt recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships. Founder Philipp Kadel and Managing Director Holger Kück led discussions on modern collection practices and technology integration.
The event focused on fostering direct dialogue with partners and co-developing new solutions. Kadel, with over 25 years in professional receivables management, delivered a keynote titled 'When the Pulse Rises! Between Treadmills and Obligations—Successful Communication When Customer Accounts Fall Behind.' His speech highlighted the balance between financial recovery and empathetic communication.
DIAGONAL Inkasso demonstrated its integration with the Magicline platform, a cloud-based system for fitness studios. Since 2008, Magicline has expanded from basic gym tools to include automated billing, CRM, and AI analytics. The company also showcased customer-friendly outreach methods, aiming to secure studios' liquidity without damaging member relationships. The firm specialises in debt collection and payment processing for the fitness sector. Its approach achieves up to 30% higher recovery rates than traditional agencies. Competitors like Jantria, Mediatis, and Fitogram offer similar automated solutions, but DIAGONAL emphasises its end-to-end system and partnership-driven model.
DIAGONAL Inkasso's presence at fithera 2025 reinforced its commitment to blending technology with customer care. The company's methods prioritise both financial results and long-term studio-member relationships. Exhibitors and attendees explored how modern receivables management can adapt to the fitness industry's evolving needs.
