Deadly animal attack in Wiesbaden leaves owner injured and pet dead
A fatal dog attack in Wiesbaden-Biebrich has left one animal dead and its owner injured. The incident happened on Friday afternoon near the A66 motorway underpass. Police are now searching for the owner of the attacking animal, who fled the scene without providing any details.
The attack took place around 3:30 PM on December 5, 2025. A large animal, weighing at least 110 pounds with short gray-beige fur, fatally injured another animal. The victim’s owner tried to stop the attack but was also hurt in the process.
The animal attack remains under investigation, with the owner of the attacking animal still unidentified. The break-ins have also left residents concerned, as stolen items included expensive equipment and personal belongings. Police continue to gather evidence and ask for public assistance in both cases.
