DAVE Restructures for Growth, Appoints New Managing Director in Germany

DAVE, a prominent network of real estate service providers, has undergone a significant restructure to support its growth plans. The group, established in 2003, now includes 12 firms with nearly 600 experts across 40 locations in Germany and Austria. A new managing director has also been appointed as part of the changes.

The network has shifted its legal structure from a general partnership (GbR) to a limited partnership with a corporate general partner (GmbH & Co. KG). This move aims to present a more professional image and create a clearer framework for long-term expansion.

René Husfeldt will take on the role of managing director, with the position set to rotate among leaders in the future. He has emphasized the importance of clarity, capital, and reliable structures to turn discussions into concrete action.

DAVE's members will meet in Nice during MIPIM to align strategies and set priorities for the coming months. The group is focusing on finding alternative financing solutions in a challenging market while positioning itself as a bridge between investors and new opportunities.

With Expo Real approaching, the network plans to build on recent stabilization efforts and push for further progress.

The restructuring strengthens DAVE's organizational foundation and supports its plans for continued growth. The network's 12 member firms, operating across Germany and Austria, will now work under a more defined structure as they prepare for key industry events.
