Court orders contractor to repay 167,000 rubles for failed bridge tender

A court has ordered a contractor to refund an advance payment made for the reconstruction of a bridge over the Zheleznaya-2 River in the Yelizovsky District, following a prosecution case.

Prosecutors found that the contractor had received an advance payment of 167,000 rubles for the bridge repairs. However, the company lacked the required experience in road construction—a key condition set in the tender documentation. Additionally, the documents submitted for the competition failed to meet the procurement selection criteria.

The court ruled in favor of the prosecutor's demands, requiring the contractor to return the advance payment in full.
