Concept Gebäudeservice GmbH relocates HQ to Dietzenbach for growth and efficiency

Concept Gebäudeservice GmbH has relocated its headquarters from Offenbach to Dietzenbach, aiming to enhance service efficiency and explore new business opportunities. Approximately 150 jobs will remain in the district capital as part of this shift.

The company was initially established in 2000 by Mesut Akin, and later restructured into its current GmbH form in 2008 with Hakki GÜk. Under the leadership of Martin Schulte and Anna Becker, it was relaunched as Concept Gebäudeservice GmbH on 12 January 2015.

The new Dietzenbach site features expanded office and logistics spaces, along with improved transport connections. These enhancements are expected to optimize operations and boost service delivery for existing clients. The company has also acquired its own property in the city, indicating a long-term commitment to the area.

Mayor Dr. Dieter Lang praised the move, describing it as a 'strong commitment' to Dietzenbach’s economic growth. As part of its community involvement, the firm has volunteered to maintain the green strip along the railway station on Eisenbahnstraße.

The relocation is anticipated to open avenues for additional contracts in commercial, municipal, and private sectors. Faster response times and improved efficiency are among the key advantages for clients.

The headquarters move secures 150 local jobs and bolsters the company’s presence in Dietzenbach. With upgraded facilities and a focus on community engagement, Concept Gebäudeservice GmbH is poised for further growth in the region.
