Climate-Neutral Building Forum Unveils 2025 Main Event for Green Future

The Climate-Neutral Building Forum ('GebÀudeforum klimaneutral') has announced its annual main event for 2025. The event, organized by the forum itself, will take place on November 25, 2025, at smartvillage Berlin-Neukölln. It promises a day filled with insights, best practices, and a look into the future of energy-efficient buildings.

The day's program includes presentations from industry experts, real-life examples of successful projects, and a summary and outlook session to discuss the future of climate-neutral buildings. In addition, an online event titled 'How to Approach Energy-Efficient Retrofits in Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs)' will take place, hosted by the Climate-Neutral Building Forum. This event will introduce a new HOA Practical Guide, a free resource packed with checklists, templates, and tips for planning and implementing modernization projects.

The event is part of the annual conference of the Climate-Neutral Building Forum and will feature best-practice examples and helpful services from the German Federation of Consumer Organizations (vzbv) and the German Homeowners’ Association. Yvonne Aniol, Senior Expert for Political Strategy & Policy at the German Energy Agency (dena), is leading the organization of this insightful event.

Mark your calendars for November 25, 2025, as the Climate-Neutral Building Forum's annual events promise to be a wealth of information and inspiration for anyone involved in or interested in creating energy-efficient, climate-neutral buildings.
