Citi Names Sophie Landry as New Head of Markets for Germany and Austria

Citi has appointed Sophie Landry as the new head of markets for Germany and Austria. She will be based in Frankfurt and report to European head of markets Fabio Lisanti.

Landry brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having spent three decades in the stock market industry. She previously served as head of portfolio and asset and liability management at the European Investment Bank. Before that, she held the position of head of treasury portfolio management at the same institution.

Landry's extensive background also includes senior roles at various financial institutions. She has been managing director for fixed income solutions across Germany and Austria at Credit Suisse, Nomura International, and Lehman Brothers. Additionally, she has held the position of head of fixed income origination and solutions for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at NatWest Markets.

Sophie Landry's appointment at Citi reflects her extensive experience and expertise in the stock market. Her leadership will be instrumental in driving Citi's markets business in Germany and Austria.
