Chaotic weekend leaves trail of crashes, break-ins, and assaults across the region

In Bad Soden-Salmünster, an unidentified driver crashed into a fiber-optic distribution box beside Gutenbergstraße on Monday afternoon, causing around €1,000 in damage. Later that weekend, a Tesla driver lost control of their Model Y on Breslauer Straße, likely due to excessive speed, and crashed into a parked Volkswagen Multivan, resulting in over €25,000 in damages and totaling both vehicles.
In Hanau, a man broke into a kiosk on Hospitalstraße around 1:30 a.m. on Monday, causing approximately €300 in damage. Meanwhile, in Nidderau, a 17-year-old player and four unidentified accomplices attacked a 47-year-old coach and another player on the artificial turf at Büdinger Straße on Friday evening, leaving both victims with minor injuries.
On the A66 motorway near the Maintal-Dörnigheim exit, a three-vehicle incident on Friday at around 11:40 a.m. left two people with minor injuries and required the temporary closure of the exit.
