Car overturns on state road in Dreieich - two occupants slightly injured
Two young men were injured in a crash on State Road 3317 on Thursday evening. The accident happened when a 19-year-old driver lost control of his Nissan Micra in a bend. Speed appears to have been the cause.
The driver, named Jonas M., was behind the wheel when the car skidded off the road. The vehicle hit a guidepost before flipping several times and landing in a ditch.
Both Jonas and his 21-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries. Emergency services took them to hospital for treatment. The Nissan Micra was badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
The crash left the car severely wrecked and both occupants with slight injuries. Police are likely to investigate whether excessive speed was the main factor in the incident.
