Four people injured in bus accident - Bus crashes into two cars in foggy Germany, injuring four people

A bus and two cars collided at an intersection in Oberursel, Germany, leaving four people injured. The crash caused significant damage and forced a temporary road closure while emergency crews worked at the scene.

The accident happened when a 61-year-old bus driver failed to stop at the intersection in foggy conditions. Witnesses reported that the bus was travelling too fast for the poor visibility. As a result, it struck two cars, pushing them into each other and damaging a nearby traffic light.

Four people were hurt in the collision, including a 53-year-old woman driving one of the cars. Three bus passengers also suffered injuries and were taken to hospital. The total cost of the damage is estimated at around €85,000.

The road remained closed for about two hours while authorities cleared the wreckage. Police have launched an investigation into the bus driver for suspected negligent bodily harm.

The crash disrupted traffic and led to injuries requiring hospital treatment. Investigators will now examine whether speed and poor visibility contributed to the driver's failure to stop. The outcome of the probe will determine any further legal action.
