A snack bar in Hermannstein, Wetzlar, was broken into early on Monday, December 22, 2025. The intruder searched the premises but fled without stealing anything. Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward with information.

The burglary took place just before 2:00 AM on Dillfeld Straße. An unknown individual forced entry into the snack bar but left empty-handed after searching the area. Officers, including a police dog unit, attended the scene, though the specific dog involved has not been named.
