BSI IT Baseline Protection Workshop: Nov 17-19, 2025
An upcoming online workshop, 'Metal Additive Manufacturing and Post Processing for Optimized Properties and Performance', is set to take place from November 17 to 19, 2025. Led by Dr. Andrzej Wojcieszynski, this three-day event offers participants the chance to earn the official BSI IT Baseline Protection Practitioner Certificate upon passing the certification exam on the final day.
The workshop, instructed by Jonathan Weiß, a Consultant at HiSolutions AG specializing in information security, focuses on applying the BSI IT Baseline Protection framework in practice, with a particular emphasis on the BSI Standards 200-x series and its core principles. Participants will learn how to establish an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to bolster corporate cybersecurity, guided by the IT Baseline Protection Compendium which provides best practices and recommendations for safeguarding networks, data, and highly sensitive information.
