Blaichach’s Town Center Gets a Bold New Future with Ten Brinke’s Winning Plan

Blaichach's town center is set for a major transformation. The local council has selected Dutch property developer and construction firm Ten Brinke to lead the project, following a competitive bidding process.

Three companies had initially submitted proposals for the project. After careful consideration, the local council voted in favor of Ten Brinke's proposal. The firm's vision for the town center's redevelopment evidently impressed the council members.

Construction on the new mixed-use residential and commercial building, located near Blaichach station, is scheduled to commence in 2026. This project is part of the municipality's broader plan to revitalize the town center and attract new businesses and residents.

Ten Brinke's winning of the investor selection process marks an important step in Blaichach's urban renewal. The firm's plans for a mixed-use building near the station are expected to contribute significantly to the town center's transformation.
