BlackForxx builds a 54,000-sqm HQ to unify its forklift and warehouse tech divisions

BlackForxx, a specialist in refurbished forklifts and warehouse technology, is expanding its operations in Bremen. The company has begun construction on a news 54,000-square-metre headquarters, marking a major step in consolidating its business divisions under one roof. The first two buildings of the 90,000-square-metre development will open this summer, with the final hall due by late 2026.

The new campus will bring together BlackForxx’s three previously scattered divisions, currently split between Bremen and Stuhr. By centralising operations, the company aims to streamline processes and cut inefficiencies. The site is also designed to improve logistics and organisational workflows, creating strategic synergies across the business.

The development, named Arrow Point Bremen, is being built in partnership with Arrow Capital Partners and Cerberus Global Investments through their joint venture, Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE). Construction officially started on 7 January 2026, with handover expected in the third quarter of the same year. The entire facility is pre-leased to BlackForxx, a subsidiary of the Kion Group, on a long-term basis. Sustainability is a key focus of the project. All buildings meet the BEG 40 energy efficiency standard and will feature photovoltaic systems. The site has also earned the German Sustainable Building Council’s Platinum certification, reflecting its high environmental standards. BlackForxx highlights its commitment to resource efficiency, particularly in steel reuse, which supports both the secondhand and rental markets.

The new headquarters will house all three of BlackForxx’s core divisions for the first time. The phased opening begins this summer, with full completion by the end of 2026. The move is set to enhance operational efficiency while reinforcing the company’s sustainability efforts.
