Biiiskaya Organization Included in Registry of Unreliable Suppliers
A heating equipment supplier from Biysk has been blacklisted after failing to meet its contractual duties. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) in Altai Territory added ITC LLC to the Register of Unreliable Suppliers for two years. The decision follows a complaint from a customer who claimed the company delivered faulty boilers and ignored installation requirements.
The dispute began when Aleisk, a customer of ITC LLC, cancelled its contract and filed a formal complaint with the FAS. An investigation revealed that the company had supplied a boiler with lower-than-agreed capacity. Additionally, ITC LLC failed to install the new equipment and did not dismantle the old boiler system as promised.
The FAS ruled that ITC LLC had breached its obligations on multiple counts. The company, led by director Dmitry Valeryevich Kravchenko and founded by Alexander Nikolaevich Khmelev, was found to have violated terms related to product quality and service delivery. As a result, the FAS imposed a two-year listing in the Register of Unreliable Suppliers. The penalty restricts ITC LLCâs ability to participate in future tenders and government contracts. The FAS decision serves as a formal warning to other suppliers about the consequences of failing to honour agreements.
ITC LLC now faces a two-year exclusion from public procurement opportunities. The company must address its contractual failures before it can regain eligibility for state-backed projects. The case highlights the FASâs enforcement of supplier reliability standards in the Altai Territory.
