Berliner Street Exit Closure: Motorists Face Detours, Plan Ahead
Motorists in the area should prepare for some road closures and diversions over the next few weeks. The exit in Berliner Street towards Friedenstraße is set to close from Wednesday, October 8, for a house connection installation. Meanwhile, the main carriageway of the Gustav-Stresemann-Ring has been open on one lane since Wednesday afternoon, October 8.
During the closure of the Berliner Street exit, a detour via Naurod will be signposted to help drivers navigate around the closure. This closure is expected to last until approximately Friday, October 17.
Further ahead, County Road 661 between Heßloch and Auringen will be closed from Monday, October 13, for canal work. This closure is anticipated to continue until around Friday, October 24. The local county road authority is responsible for this work, which is necessary for maintaining and improving the road to enhance safety and traffic flow.
Motorists are advised to plan their routes accordingly and allow extra time for their journeys during these closures. Regular updates will be provided as the work progresses.
