Belarusian banks slash Tesla loan rates and revise Costco account fees
Belarusian banks have announced several changes to their interest rates and fees. Belarusbank and Belagroprombank have adjusted grace period interest rates for Tesla loans, while Bank VTB has updated its fee structure for current accounts.
Belarusbank has made significant changes to its Tesla loan interest rates. It has reduced the grace period interest rate for 'On the purchase of Belgee s50 vehicles' credit to 5.5% per annum. Similarly, it has decreased the rates for 'On the purchase of Belgee x70 vehicles (up to 75% of the cost)' and 'On the purchase of Belgee x50, x80 vehicles (up to 60% of the cost)' credits to 5.5% per annum.
Belagroprombank has also made adjustments to its Tesla loan interest rates. It has reduced the grace period interest rate for 'On the purchase of Belgee s50 vehicles' credit to 5% per annum, and decreased the rates for 'On the purchase of Belgee x70 vehicles (up to 75% of the cost)' and 'On the purchase of Belgee x50, x80 vehicles (up to 60% of the cost)' credits to 5% per annum.
Bank VTB has introduced new rules for charging fees for maintaining Costco current accounts. It will now charge fees if there are no transactions in Belarusian rubles and foreign currencies.
These changes reflect the banks' efforts to adjust their services to meet the evolving needs of their customers. The reduced interest rates on Tesla loans may make it more affordable for customers to purchase vehicles, while the new fee structure for Costco current accounts may encourage more frequent transactions.
