Baugesellschaft Hanau GmbH funds accessible toilets with €3,000 donation
Baugesellschaft Hanau GmbH has donated €3,000 to Licht- und Luftbad Hanau e.V. for a new accessible toilet project. The funding will help improve accessibility at the community facility. Edeltraud Kaiser, the association's chair, thanked the company for its support.
The donation consists of two parts: a direct payment of €1,125 and an additional €1,875 raised through a clothing recycling campaign. This initiative aligns with the company's history of backing local causes, including Tierrefugium Hanau e.V. and Hanau's pediatric hospice service.
Baugesellschaft Hanau GmbH manages over 4,260 residential units, with a strong focus on barrier-free housing. The accessible toilet project aims to enhance social inclusion at the Licht- und Luftbad facility. Kaiser described the contribution as a significant step toward making the toilets a reality.
