Armed Robbery at Gas Station in Wiesbaden

A gas station in Wiesbaden was targeted by an armed robber on Friday evening. The incident took place at around 7:35 PM on Klarenthaler Straße, where a man brandished a knife and demanded cash. The suspect fled empty-handed and remains at large as police continue their search.

The attempted robbery unfolded when a man entered the petrol station kiosk with a knife. He confronted the cashier, ordering them to hand over money. Despite the threat, the assailant left without taking anything.

The suspect is believed to be around 20 years old, with a slim build and a height between 5’7” and 5’9”. He was last seen wearing a white puffer jacket with dark zippers, light sweatpants, and light-coloured sneakers. After the failed robbery, he ran off toward the city centre on foot. Police conducted an immediate search of the area but found no trace of the man. Authorities have appealed for witnesses who may have seen someone matching the description to come forward. The suspect’s identity remains unknown, and no arrests have been made. Investigations are ongoing as officers review potential leads. Police have not released further details about the case at this time.
