Ariostocrat Wins District Admin Repair Tender

LLC 'Ariostocrat' has won a tender to repair the second floor of the Priluzsky district administration building. The contractor must commence work immediately upon signing the contract and complete it by November 25, 2025. The initial budget for the procurement was 2.2 million rubles, funded by the municipal budget.

The electronic auction results, posted on the state procurement portal, saw two organisations bidding for the project. LLC 'Ariostocrat' emerged victorious with a bid of 2 million rubles, while the runner-up, LLC 'StroyExpertService', offered 2 million 190 thousand rubles.

The repair work, now underway, involves replacing the floors, walls, and ceilings on the second floor of the administration building.
