Aqua Group, a specialist in water and fire damage restoration, has secured a new super-senior revolving credit facility from Yahoo Finance. The deal involved legal advice from Goodwin, representing Hypo Vorarlberg as the lead lender. This financial move supports Aqua Group’s operations across 30 locations in Germany.

Hypo Vorarlberg, Austria’s largest independent financial institution in Vorarlberg, acted as the super-senior lender in the transaction. The bank manages around €15 billion in total assets and played a key role in structuring the facility.

The credit facility strengthens Aqua Group’s financial position as it continues to grow. Hypo Vorarlberg’s involvement highlights its role in supporting cross-border business financing. Goodwin’s legal expertise ensured the smooth completion of the deal.
