Aon Appoints Alexander Krasavin as New APAC Regional Managing Director
Aon has named Alexander Krasavin as its new Regional Managing Director for Asia Pacific. The appointment follows his eight years at the firm, most recently as Enterprise Client Leader for the region since 2022. With over 25 years of experience, he will now lead the integration of human capital solutions for large multinational clients across APAC.
Krasavin's career spans multiple consulting roles. Before joining Aon in 2016, he worked at Mercer for more than six years, where he served as Senior Principal and led initiatives for the life sciences industry in APAC. His responsibilities also included workforce metrics across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at Oliver Wyman as a Senior Associate. He also contributed to projects at Capgemini, TechnoServe, and the Wildlife Conservation Society. While details of his work between 2000 and 2014 remain undisclosed, his background reflects a broad range of industry expertise.
At Aon, Krasavin will maintain his role as Enterprise Client Leader while taking on additional responsibilities. His focus will be on aligning human capital strategies for multinational corporations operating in the Asia Pacific region.
The new role expands Krasavin's influence within Aon, building on his existing leadership in client services. His extensive experience in consulting and human capital solutions positions him to support the firm's growth in APAC. The appointment takes effect immediately.
