Motorists using the A67 in the near future should expect **detours**: Two old bridges will be demolished at the Rüsselsheim interchange after three new ones have been built and put into operation. Therefore, the A67 will be fully closed there from Friday, October 10, at 9:00 PM until Monday, October 13, at 5:00 AM, as announced by the Federal Highway Authority. On Saturday, between 3:00 and 6:00 AM, the connecting ramps will also be closed.

Various detours are planned

During the closure, there will be signposted detours. For example, the U20, which will run towards Darmstadt via the A60 and the Rüsselsheim-Mitte interchange. Additionally, detours will be made via the Wiesbaden interchange and the Westkreuz Frankfurt, as reported. Towards Frankfurt, a detour via the Darmstadt interchange is planned.

If the connecting ramps are also closed on Saturday, a detour via Rüsselsheim will be necessary on the route from Mainz to Frankfurt. From Darmstadt to Mainz, detours via Bischofsheim will be made.
